AVA membership

AVAAs a member of the Automatic Vending Association (AVA) we are required to work to exacting standards of customer care as per the AVA Customer Charter. This means maintaining service and operating standards in accordance with a strict quality system, and training staff to observe the highest standards of standards of safety and hygiene, according to statutory requirements and AVA Codes.

The Customer Charter dictates that customers receive value for money and high quality services and products. Machine faults will be attended to within an agreed time and vending machines are operated to inspire and sustain customer confidence.

Cover Group membership

CoverThe Cover Group is a trade organisation representing 18 local vending companies whose teams of operators and engineers work hard to ensure that delicious products are available when customers want them. Members are required to offer unbiased advice and select the right equipment to suit customer needs, be it hot or cold drinks, office coffee, snacks, or food to go.

As full members we all work to the same strict quality standards and are regularly audited on and off site. By sharing ideas and exchanging information the Cover Group have been able to raise industry standards and ensure best practice. Members embrace the latest technologies and innovations to ensure that we work efficiently and by negotiating as a group with all major suppliers, can offer outstanding value for money to customers.

ISO9001ISO9001 is a quality management system that is recognised all over the world. It means the company is committed to total quality management; a customer focus, a continually improving process approach implemented throughout the company, critical processes and their interactions are understood and documented, and a strong management commitment to all facets of the ISO 9001 QMS.

All of these quality management system facets are verified by a independent third party who understands ISO 9001 QMS as well as the industry in which the company operates. Regular audits ensure high standards are maintained.
